| The Father/Son team of Jeff & Thomas Clifton won the inaugural Piedmont Bass Classics Adult/Youth Future's Bass Trail Qualifying tournament at Falls Lake. We had 4 teams show up and they did catch some nice ones! Here are the results: 1st Place: Thomas & Jeff Clifton...Rolesville...5 bass...10.15...$140 Their big fish: 4.55 lbs. 1st Place Big Fish: Sydney & Lee Allred of Youngsville...5.81 lbs and they had a total catch of 9.39 lbs...$20 Mike Crobishley & John Del Barone didn't place, but they had a big fish weighing 4.82 lbs and a total weight of 6.56 lbs. Also fishing was Trey Black & Billy West of Knightdale. They caught fish but didn't weigh in. All the youth did a great job! | The Father/Son team of Jeff & Thomas Clifton won the Piedmont Bass Classics Adult/Youth Future's Bass Trail #2 Qualifying tournament at Kerr Lake. We had 2 teams show up and they battled the wind until high noon! Here are the results: 1st Place: Thomas & Jeff Clifton...Rolesville...2 bass...4.70 lbs...$70 They also had big fish: 2.84 lbs. worth $10 Also fishing was Mike Corbishley & John Del Barone. | The team of Keith Johnson & Corey Herndon won the Piedmont Bass Classics Adult/Youth Future's Bass Trail #3 Qualifying tournament at Falls Lake. We had 5 teams show up to fish on a day when spawning bass make it tough to catch a big one! Here are the results: 1st Place: Corey Herndon & Keith Johnson...5 bass...11.44 lbs...$150 They also had big fish: 3.35 lbs. worth $25 2nd Place went to Ryan & Dan Gee of Wake Forest with 4 bass at 6.59 lbs. and $25 Also fishing were: Mike Corbishley & John Del Barone, Raleigh. They caught 2 fish weighing 1.92 lbs. Jeff & Thomas Clifton, Rolesville. 4 at 5.26 lbs. & Gunnal & Chris Carrigan, Wake Forest. 3 at 3.70 lbs. The next qualifying event is May 14th at Falls Lake.
