| To enter by mail, print out entry form and mail to the address listed on the form. To enter at the ramp, print out entry form and bring it with you or forms will be available at the ramp. You must fill out one entry form for each tournament if you plan on pre-registering for more than one event by mail. Pre-payment for multiple events can be made with one check or money order. |
